118, 126, 130, 132 Dundas Street East, 34 Paris Road are located in Paris, at the intersection of Dundas Street East and Paris Road. The property is irregularly shaped and has an area of approximately 7.34ha (18.13ac). The subject lands have an approximate frontage of 181.42m (595.21 ft) along Dundas Street East and 22.40m (73.49 ft) along Paris Road. 

The proposal seeks to redevelop 7.34ha urban site with a total of 318 condominium units, that includes a variety of townhouse built forms, to be developed in three (3) stages. The necessary amenity areas and visitor parking have been provided to meet and/or exceed minimum requirements. 

This development will provide the residential growth needed to support the evolving commercial uses in the surrounding area, fostering the vision of a complete community through the inclusion of a variety of built forms. The proposed townhouse units will include multiple size configurations to meet the needs of residents at various stages of their lives.
