Overview

The proposal is to amend the existing Neighbourhood Development “ND” Zone to a Residential “R2” Zone for the proposed dwellings fronting Jenny Court.

The proposal is to demolish the existing single-detached dwelling and construct one (1) additional lot for a single detached dwelling for the development of two (2) new dwellings on the subject lands.
