Hamilton East Kiwanis Non-Profit Homes is proposing to redevelop the northeast corner of their property at 1540 Upper Wentworth Street. The proposed redevelopment is for an eight-storey multi-residential building with one-hundred and twenty-six (126) units of affordable rental housing. The units will be a mix of one, two and three bedroom dwellings.
