Lina Ruiz, CPT

Lina is a Junior Planning Technician at Landwise. She graduated with Honours from Mohawk College’s Urban and Regional Planning Technician – GIS program, complementing her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Master’s in Urban Management.

Lina has seven years of experience reviewing and verifying the compliance and functionality of architectural and urban projects according to urban regulations and standards. She was recognized during her studies with the Harold P. Langer Urban Design Scholarship and the CACPT 2023 Diane LeBreton Award for Mohawk College.

Lina is a Certified Planning Technician through the Canadian Association of Certified Planning Technicians (CACPT).
