Chloe Simpson, MPlan

Chloe is a Junior Planner with Landwise. She is a graduate of the Master of Planning program at Dalhousie University, where she conducted research on climate change adaptation and healthy community design. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from the University of Guelph with an emphasis in environmental development and human geography. 

Chloe worked for the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg throughout her graduate degree, providing background studies and policy recommendations for the municipality’s comprehensive plan review. She also volunteered as the Vice President of Communications for Dalhousie’s Graduate Planning Society and as a Student Representative for the Canadian Institute of Planners. Chloe is a LEED® Green Associate™ and an OPPI Candidate Member. She currently sits on the OPPI Western Lake Ontario District Leadership Team, helping to provide continuous professional learning opportunities for planners in Halton, Hamilton, Haldimand, and Niagara.
